The Return | Prayer for America's Relationship with Israel

NEW YORK — Multitudes converged on the National Mall in Washington, D.C., Friday and Saturday for a historic gathering of a worldwide Christian prayer gathering known as “The Return: National and Global Day of Prayer and Repentance.” Believers came by the busloads and joined dozens of internationally renowned Christian leaders as they humbled themselves and prayed for America in what the Bible calls a sacred solemn assembly.

The New and Everlasting Covenant

The New and Everlasting Covenant

Learn about God’s New and Everlasting Covenant that He has given to Israel and all the nations, and how He is bringing all the nations together as One New Man in Christ, Yeshua. We will discern between the natural law of creation and the written Law of the Torah. And we will see in the Old Testament where God promised His everlasting covenant with Gentiles and His New Covenant with Israel.

Promoting unity among Arab, Jewish and Western Christians

Promoting unity among Arab, Jewish and Western Christians

We’re living in a time of division, hate, ignorance and untruth.  No group is unaffected, including the Christian church where there are more denominations than you can shake a stick at, and numerous divisions within each of these groups.  Tonight, we’ll be focusing on relations between Jewish, Arab and Western Christians.  We’re joined by Eric Teitelman, a Messianic Jew, and Jed Robyn, a Gentile Christian who will talk about how they’re working together to promote unity among these groups as well as a recent gathering of Christians they attended in Israel.

The Trump-Cyrus Allusion

The Trump-Cyrus Allusion

In January 2017, my son and I attended the inauguration of President Donald John Trump. A friend had offered two of his silver zone tickets. How could we refuse this generous offer? After all, I did vote for Trump.

The rain held back, and the temperatures were unseasonably warm for January. A gentle mist fell precisely at the time of Trump’s swearing in—a blessing of sorts. The opening prayers were powerful, and hearing the name of Jesus proclaimed over our nation lifted my spirit.

America is divided on many fronts – racially, politically, socioeconomically… There is a lot of pain, hate, anger, and polarization in our country. We have heard many times on Grace in 30 about the importance of proximity and listening to tearing down the walls that separate us. Tonight, we’re joined by two very different men – a Jewish man who grew up the son of hippies and went on to work as a civil servant, and a Christian man who grew up as a military brat and went on to work in education and the food service industry. They have joined forces to provide an example of how to eliminate the barriers that separate us, starting with the age-old barrier between Jew and Gentile. Eric Teitelman and Jed Robyn talk about the importance of intentionally bringing people of differing beliefs together and encouraging them to empathize with and love one another.

Tonight’s guest, Eric Teitelman, grew up in a Jewish family in the 1960s and 70s. His parents were hippies who lived in places like Berkeley, California and Bat Yam, Israel, and were no strangers to communes, nudist colonies, and kibbutzes. He also watched his parents struggle through issues like mental illness, unfaithfulness, and abandonment. Through all of the craziness, though, Eric had a vision of God as a loving father, and that knowledge made him determined to live a different kind of life than his parents.

One New Man

One New Man

The year was 2002 and I was a new believer in Jesus, yet I still had many questions about Christianity. I knew that Jesus (in Hebrew Yeshua or Yehoshua) was a Jewish man, but for some unknown reason none of the churches we had attended resembled the Jewish culture and religion I had grown up with. Was Christianity a completely new religion, or was it an offshoot from biblical Judaism? If so, then how did the church become so disconnected from its spiritual foundation?

A Letter to the Church

A Letter to the Church

It is with great urgency that we write you about a mandate that our ministry has received from the Lord to partner with others and mobilize the American Church to pray for Israel. The Lord has been revealing for some time now that a very difficult season is falling upon them.
