I was inside a Jewish house, which was more like a house of many Jewish families. I could see several men in a room to my right when a young woman approached me and invited me into their store. She was not overly beautiful but had a sweet personality and joyful disposition. She showed me objects on a table; some were tools, and others were cutting knives. I picked up several instruments, but they all seemed crooked. She showed me how they worked, and they seemed to make sense, although I was not clear why they were so distorted. The knives on the table had been dull, but she showed me how she had sharpened them. The blades looked to be of poor quality and had cheap plastic handles. I picked up one of them, which she had sharpened, but the knife appeared to have disintegrated into many sharp, metal splinters.
After this, I saw a woman and her daughter walking frantically. The mother was looking for a Jewish man for her daughter. Knowing she was a Christian, I told the mother: “all the Jewish men you are looking for are also Christians.” I then heard the spirit of the Lord say to me: “I have made a new thing, and all the old things have passed away.” In my spirit, I sensed the Lord was telling me that all the old things in Judaism have been made new in Christ. People were still searching for the old without recognizing the new. Some were Jews who held on to tradition and old ways that did not work, and some were Gentiles who had returned to old ways and missed new things.
