I was in a city in China, eating at a restaurant. I sensed in my spirit that we were in danger of being flooded out by the Three Gorges Dam. I exited the restaurant quickly and ran to a parked van down the street. There was a small mob of young men that had gathered in the area. I ran around them and drove off, but I wanted to see the dam, so I headed toward it.
However, I never made it. The dam had already broken, and a wall of water was quickly heading downstream. I was driving along a section of the highway that followed the broad plain of the river. To my left were cliffs and the walls of the gorge. Suddenly, the water appeared, and it was rising rapidly. I raced towards higher ground, escaping the flood. Above the valley were homes overlooking the sea of water below. The floodwaters even came high enough to submerge these elevated structures partially.
I then saw two French tourists who had been visiting the area. They were very wealthy. I sensed that the flooding was going to have an impact on global trade and even impact the world’s economies.
