The Barley Pot

The Barley Pot

I was given a pot of freshly cooked barley. It was done, and I was getting ready to pour the barley into another vessel for storage. When I poured it out, it was stiff in the form of the original pot. Its shape did not allow it to fit neatly into the storage vessel, so I broke it down. I broke the large clump into smaller pieces. I noticed these smaller pieces varied in size and shape, some evenly shaped like measuring cups and others irregular. I worked the barley, separating the individual grains until they filled the storage vessel uniformly. I had completed maybe ten percent of the sifting when I awoke from the dream.

Our Crown of Suffering

Our Crown of Suffering

I was riding my bike to meet up with a group of Christians. As I entered this stone building, I saw a sizeable group of men and women sitting at long rectangular tables to my left. They were talking, laughing, and having a great time of fellowship together. To my right, I saw Jesus walking quickly towards a small door that was along the back side of the building. He was wearing a long reddish-purple-colored robe and had a gold crown on his head and did not look at me or any other Christians.

Bauer, Germany

Bauer, Germany

I was sent on an assignment to Bauer, Germany. I had never been there, so I was unsure of how to get there and did not know what to expect. The assignment had something to do with locating the kingdom of the anti-Christ, but there were no specific instructions. I headed to the airport, stopped, and asked a tall German man for directions. He was wearing a dark grey police uniform with a white hat and was very tall and handsome. He politely guided me in the right direction. I proceeded to find my departure terminal but became confused and distracted along the way. My plane was supposed to depart at 3:70 pm. So, I continued searching but eventually awoke from the dream.

The Coming Flood

The Coming Flood

I was walking along the edge of a muddy, turbulent river. A man was walking with me. He had black, curly hair. The banks of the river were eroded barren, and there was much debris in the river indicating it had recently flooded. The river ran between two forested mountains. The upper benches of the river were covered with dense, low-lying vegetation and not trees, indicating that the upper benches had flooded in the past but not recently enough for the trees to grow back.

The Hyper-speed Airplane Fails

The Hyper-speed Airplane Fails

I was in an airplane with a new experimental hyperspeed engine. The plane took off at normal speed and then engaged the new engine when it reached the appropriate altitude. I knew even before the engine was ignited that something was wrong. I was standing at the back of the aircraft in the galley. I could feel the G forces against my body as the engines engaged, but the plane immediately began to lose control. It started to spin sideways and headed straight to the earth. The pilot tried to control the aircraft but was unable to recover. It slammed into the earth with incredible force, disintegrating the plane on impact.

Dressed in White and Gold

Dressed in White and Gold

I walked into a small congregation led by a Messianic pastor friend. A younger man with a beard was on the far-left side of the room, playing an electric guitar and leading worship. Next to him was another younger man playing a horned instrument. The music was powerful, and the twenty to thirty people in the room were all dancing. There was a row of chairs along the right wall. I sat down on one of the chairs and watched the people.

Standing with Israel

Standing with Israel

I was inside a government building with many Jewish people. Suddenly, an Arab-looking man burst through the front door with a rifle. He began shooting. One older woman was shot four times in her upper left chest. She was still alive but bleeding, and several women were attending to her. I grabbed my machine gun and went after the gunman, but he had already fled the building. I went through the lobby, looking for others, but the building was vacant.

Saving the Lost

Saving the Lost

I was in several European countries, first the Netherlands and then Brussels near France. I spent some time in the region, staying in a house and visiting the cities. I met many people and eventually came upon a small group. I got my confidence to ask them two questions: “Have you accepted Jesus as your Lord and Savior, and if you died today, would you go to heaven?” An older woman in the group answered that she would go to hell. I asked the group if they wanted to be saved, and they agreed to pray the sinner’s prayer with me. The whole group accepted Christ. I also prayed they would be filled with the Holy Spirit. Their countenance lifted, and they walked away rejoicing.

The Earthquake and the Tsunami

The Earthquake and the Tsunami

I was in a house with my wife. I did not recognize the rooms and was unclear whether the house belonged to us or was a temporary dwelling. I left the house and walked until I came to a sound. There was a clear area by the water surrounded by lush vegetation, and a group of young men was playing what appeared to be a soccer game. Several older men were coaching them. Across the sound were beautiful, barren mountains. Their ball landed in the water, and one of the players went in to retrieve it. He came out of the water with a ball of mud containing a gooey duck, a clam native to the Pacific Northwest. He handed it to one of the older men, and he began to extract the neck of the clam from the mud ball. Some of the mud splattered on my white polo shirt. I watched with interest for a short while and left the area.
